Strengthening the Digital Infrastructure Behind a Modern Festival Brand

Vesuf is a festival project that needed more than a visual website update.

The project required a stronger digital foundation that could support the brand’s online presence, marketing activities, tracking setup, customer communication, and technical problem-solving across multiple external partners.

My role covered several key areas: website redesign, tracking coordination, communication with two marketing agencies and one PR agency, development of a customized Voiceflow AI chatbot, and direct communication with Meta support to help resolve a critical account issue.

The project required technical execution, marketing understanding, and operational coordination.

The Challenge

Vesuf had multiple moving parts across different teams.

The brand needed a redesigned website, proper tracking setup, external marketing coordination, PR communication, and a better way to handle visitor questions. At the same time, the project involved two marketing agencies and one PR agency, which meant that communication and technical alignment were critical.

On top of that, the client’s Meta portfolio was incorrectly frozen and flagged by Meta’s algorithm. This created an urgent operational issue because it affected the client’s ability to run or manage marketing activities properly.

The challenge was to:

  • redesign the website into a stronger digital touchpoint
  • help coordinate tracking and analytics setup
  • communicate clearly with multiple external agencies
  • support marketing execution from a technical perspective
  • create an AI chatbot tailored to the festival’s needs
  • help resolve the incorrectly frozen Meta portfolio
  • keep the digital ecosystem stable and functional

The Solution

I helped strengthen Vesuf’s digital infrastructure across website, marketing, analytics, automation, and platform support.

The website was redesigned to better represent the festival brand and support its online presence. Instead of treating the website as a standalone asset, the project focused on making it work as part of a broader marketing and communication system.

I also helped coordinate the tracking setup so the project could better support campaign measurement and marketing optimization.

Because several external partners were involved, I communicated directly with two marketing agencies and one PR agency to keep technical requirements, campaign needs, and implementation details aligned.

To improve visitor communication, I created a customized Voiceflow AI chatbot designed around Vesuf’s specific context and frequently asked questions.

When the client’s Meta portfolio was incorrectly frozen and flagged, I communicated effectively with Meta support and helped the client get the issue resolved within a few days.

Website Redesign

The website was redesigned as the central digital presence for Vesuf.

The goal was not just to make the website look better, but to make it work better as a marketing and communication asset.

The redesign focused on:

Tracking & Marketing Coordination

A major part of the project was helping coordinate tracking and analytics setup.

This mattered because Vesuf’s marketing involved multiple partners and channels. Without proper tracking, campaign performance becomes harder to evaluate and optimize.

I helped communicate technical requirements, coordinate implementation details, and support the tracking setup so the marketing teams had a better foundation for measurement.

The work involved communication with:

This kind of issue can block or seriously limit marketing activity, especially for a project that depends on paid social campaigns and event promotion.

I communicated directly with Meta support, explained the situation, followed the required steps, and helped move the issue toward resolution.

The client’s portfolio was unfrozen within a few days.

This was an important part of the project because it protected the client’s marketing momentum and helped restore access to a critical advertising channel.

Customized Voiceflow AI Chatbot

I also created a customized AI chatbot using Voiceflow.

The chatbot was built specifically for Vesuf’s use case, with the goal of helping visitors get answers quickly and reducing repetitive manual communication for the team.

For events and festivals, visitors often ask similar questions about dates, location, tickets, program, entry rules, practical information, and event logistics.

A customized chatbot helps answer these questions instantly and keeps communication consistent.

The chatbot supported the project by:

Instead of adding a generic chatbot, the assistant was tailored to Vesuf’s actual information needs.

That meant helping connect the website redesign, tracking setup, chatbot, agency requirements, and Meta support issue into one working digital system.
